About Lit World Interviews

“There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed.” ~ Ernest Hemingway

For Book Reviews click the name of the team member below and follow their submission process. Usually you will be emailing them.

We’re authors, writers, readers and more who want to share our love of books with those around us.

We primarily review books, either those of our own choosing or those we are requested to read by authors or their representation.

We also do interviews with authors we review as well as do spotlights if that’s what they would rather do instead of book reviews, but reviews and interviews are our thing.

You can visit our primary reviewers pages by clicking on their names below and you will discover a little about them and what their main interest are regarding genre taste. We are a tasty site.

All book review agreements are with the individual team member.

Ronovan Hester

Florence Thum

Please keep in mind we do have a number of requests and we review in the order of request.

If you are looking for a former reviewer, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the former 10 reviewers that have moved on can be found on their Amazon Author pages, yes, even those that were not authors prior to helping here on LWI have at least two choices for you to check out. But, they can also be found on their own sites doing their own thing, including some still doing reviews as they can.

How do we get our interviews:

Sometimes we ask.

Sometimes we are asked.

  1. Good morning, Ronovan and the Lit World Interviews team! My name is Ekta Garg, and I am an indie author. I found your site through the Story Publishing APE and saw that you invite authors to contact you for interviews.

My third book, Two for the Road, is slated to release later this month, and I’m interested in being interviewed by someone on your team about this book as well as entire my entire series, Stories in Pairs. Please don’t hesitate to let me know what you need from me for the interview.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration. Have a great weekend!

  5. Hi, my name is Micki Peluso and I am the author of the award winning (3) book, . . . And the Whippoorwill Sang. This is a true story of love, loss and survival with the humor of ‘Cheaper By The Dozen,’ and the heart of ‘To Kill a Mockingbird.’ I would appreciate a review and/or interview at your convenience.

  6. Hi Ronovan, I love your blog. I saw your blog listed in the Book Review Directory. I blog and write, and noticed that most reviewers work hard reading and writing reviews, but don’t get much traffic for all that work, including myself. Like Ryan Lanz, I’d like to feature your work on my site. Each week I feature a specific genre. If you have a book review for that genre post the link in the comment section. I will visit it and list all the links the next week and on my link page as well. You don’t have to read another book, but publicize a post you’ve already created. Yeah!!! I read that you review biographies. Here is a link for memoirs. http://wp.me/p7tP3I-eS.There is no catch. I’m retired, love to read and blog for fun. Marsha 🙂

  8. Hello,
I’ve just released my first book and I’m trying to get the word out. Came across your page via Goodreads. Not sure if you still do interviews, or how to submit my book for review consideration. Please send me some smoke signals or something.

  9. Hello – My name is Susan, and I write fantasy novels. I am about to release my fifth e-book on Feb. 6, 2018. I am looking for blogs to appear on that day (or near it). I am willing to do an author interview or a book excerpt. I am not sure if you are still offering either but please let me know. I also host authors on my website so would be willing to reciprocate.
